We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any faulty item can be returned.

To start a return, contact us to approve your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns address.

You are responsible for the return postage cost & please include the returns form so we can identify your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks & bidons for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

All digital gift card sales are final, and returns cannot be issued.

All international sales are final and we will not accept returns unless the item is faulty.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
