Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect item can be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.
To start a return, please contact us to request and approve your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the returns address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please include your returns form or order details inside the parcel so we can identify your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, our cycling socks are supplied in sealed packaging and cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
