SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Orders are processed automatically by our fulfilment partner shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes to the delivery address can be made once an order has been submitted.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are unable to accept responsibility for any delay, loss or failed delivery resulting from the incorrect information supplied.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange redelivery once the customer has paid any applicable return and reshipping costs.
