For example, our “Permanent White Socks” are named as part of our permanent collection and are designed for regular everyday wear. While these socks are designed to help maintain their appearance for longer than standard socks when cared for correctly, all socks will naturally experience wear, staining, or discolouration over time depending on usage, washing, and exposure to dirt, mud, and other substances. Product names and descriptions should not be interpreted as a guarantee that products will remain permanently white or free from wear indefinitely.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use. Cycling and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and POP Cycling Co. shall not be liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from improper use, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear of products.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or events outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or delivery address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

For eligible returns that are not due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, a £3.50 restocking and handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
